We were asked to design the entry yard to the residence in Los Angeles in collaboration with the landscape designer, Paula Simmons. The design effortlessly creates a minimal private entry yard that transitions between the street and the house through a Floating set of stairs. Exterior walls create privacy for the entry yard, and the structure underneath the awning was reconfigured to create a better flow between the yard and the interior spaces.
