Existing garage was transformed into a multipurpose space that works both as a gallery/office space and a loft living space. The Interior space takes a new life by shifting it’s large opening from the side street and placing it toward the valley views on the south.
The building utilizes sustainable sources of energy like Solar water heater and solar PV panels.

The Other Sleeping Scenario: Challenging conventional spacial organizations, The sleeping mezaanine takes place above the closet and enjoys adjacency to the plant shelf , and looks through the tall bathroom celing toward the view.
