When Zoila and Axel asked us to make an addition to their home, we didnt take their words lightly. We made a decision to create a kitchen, dining, outdoor experience that feels spacious beyond its boundaries and seemlessly connects the living room to the exterior . The barrier between the existing living room and patio was removed and previous covered patio was transformed into a celebrated dining experience that opens up to the new covered space for future family gatherings. all of that takes place under a single roof extending the interior into the exterior. The layout of the kitchen tucks away all pantry to the north wall and opens up toward the yard on the south, utilizing lower cabinets that offer plenty of counter space. In the process, Zoila also got her dreamy wine station.
